Bill has been the General Manager of Levee District One for 10 years, part time and 12 years full time. He is a retiree of the Sutter County Auditor's office. He is married to Josefina (Jo) Hampton. Together, they have six children. Bill's greatest professional accomplishment is: “I convinced the Corps of Engineers to construct the set–back levee at Shanghi Bend; I was the co–author of the grant for the set–back levee approved for Star Bend.” |
